Lana is the voice of Fidelio. When you call us the first person you’ll speak with will be Lana, or one of her dogs.

Being the brains of the operation, Lana does all of the scheduling for the trainers and keeps things under tight control, so she’s the person to speak with if you need to make an appointment or change scheduling.

When she’s not doing work for Fidelio she’s hanging out with her Leonburgers, Tessa and Logan, and her resue dog, Ginger.
